Need a COI?
Some buildings require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for delivery. If needed, please submit your request at least 72 hours before the delivery date, as we cannot deliver without it.

An adult (18+) must be at home to accept the delivery.
An adult age 18 or older should be present at home to accept the scheduled delivery. This can be a neighbor, family member, friend, or anyone else you choose.
